1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Employees' Terminal Benefits Schemes (Registration and Regulation) Act.2. Interpretation
3. Registrar
The Minister shall appoint a public officer to be the Registrar of Employees' Terminal Benefits Schemes.4. Registration of schemes
5. Investment of funds
6. Regulations
The Minister may make regulations for the better carrying out of the purposes of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make regulations–7. Minister may regulate management of a terminal benefits scheme
8. Offences
Any employer who is convicted of any offence under this Act or under any regulations made under section 6 shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand shillings.9. Act not to apply to certain schemes
