1. Citation

These Rules may be cited as the Business Names (Registration) Rules.

2. Forms

The forms set out in the First Schedule hereto shall be used as appropriate.

3. Fees

The fees specified in the Second Schedule hereto shall be payable in respect of the matters specified therein.

4. Size of paper

Subject to any directions which may be given by the Registrar all documents to be left with or sent to the Registrar shall be upon a foolscap paper of a size approximately thirteen inches by eight inches and shall have on the left hand part thereof a margin of approximately two inches.

4.For an uncertified copy of an extract on the whole, of any document in the custody of the Registrar, per page or part of a page1,000/-

6.On application to register of Notice of Cessation of Business1,500/-
7.For issue of duplicate certificate of any registration1,000/-
8.For making out of time any application which is required to be made within a prescribed period, in addition to any other fee payable, for every month or part of a month in default500/-
9.Annual maintenance fee1,000/-
