This Order may be cited as the Declaration of Produce Order

2.

The products described in the Schedule to this Order are hereby declared to be products for the purposes of the Produce Export Act.

Schedule

1.Coffee.
2.Coffee husks which form any part of the fruit of any coffee species other than the seed and not containing or including any parts of coffee reasonably capable of elimination by normal processing.
3.Meat or meat by products preserved, canned frozen, cooked or subjected to any combination of these processes with or without the addition of any other approved ingredient.
4.Sisal fibre.
5.Triage.
6.Wattle bark derived from any parts of trees of the species Acacia mollissima, Acacia decurrens or Acacia pycnantha.
7.Beans – all varieties.
8.Beeswax.
9.Bone meal.
10.Broken coconut shell.
11.Cashew nuts.
12.Cassava flour.
13.Cassava root.
14.Castor seed.
15.Copra.
16.Copra expelles cake.
17.Cotton seed expelles cake.
18.Cotton seed.
19.Dried wood.
20.Grams.
21.Groundnut.
22.Groundnut expeller cake.
23.Gum Arabic.
24.Kapole seed.
25.Maize.
26.Maize germ and bran meal.
