This Order may be cited as the Arms and Ammunition (Delegation of Powers) Order.

2.

The Governor hereby delegates the power to grant licences for the importation of arms and ammunition under section 4 of the Arms and Ammunition Act to the senior police officer stationed in each District or subdivision of the District.
