1.

These By-laws may be cited as the Tukuyu Recreation Grounds By-laws.

2.

Any person who rides a bicycle on such part of the recreation grounds where the riding of bicycles has been prohibited by public notice erected by the Executive Officer of the Municipal Authority or by his agent commits a breach of these By-laws and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding forty shillings.

3.

Any person who grazes cattle or knowingly causes or permits a person to graze cattle in the Tukuyu Recreation Grounds without the permission in writing of the Executive Officer, Tukuyu Municipal Authority, commits a breach of the By-laws and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand shillings.
