This Order may be cited as the Ndundu Ferry Order.

The Ndundu Ferry Regulations¹ shall apply to the conveyance of passengers or cargo of any description over the Ndundu Ferry by the service maintained by the Government.¹Cap. 173 R.E. 1993 p. 63
