1.

With effect from the 1st day of July, 1960, the Senior Assistant Registrar and every Assistant Registrar in the office of the Registrar-General is hereby appointed to be—
(a)an Assistant Registrar-General of Births and Deaths under section 5 of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1;1Cap. 108
(b)a Deputy Registrar under section 3 of the Business Names (Registration) Act 2;2Cap. 213
(c)an Assistant Registrar under—
(i)section 3 of the Chattels Transfer Act 3;3Cap. 210
(ii)section 292 of the Companies Act 4;4Cap. 212
(iii)section 2 of the Patents (Registration) Act 5;5Cap. 217
(iv)section 4 of the Land Registration Act 6;6Cap. 334
(v)section 3 of the Trade Marks Act 7.7Cap. 394

2.

The appointments of the Registry Superintendent and every Assistant Registry Superintendent in the office of the Registrar-General to be—
(a)an Assistant Registrar-General of Births and Deaths;
(b)a Deputy Registrar under the Business Names (Registration) Act 8;8Cap. 213
(c)an Assistant Registrar under—
(i)the Registration of Documents Act 9;9Cap. 117
(ii)the Chattels Transfer Act 10;10Cap. 210
(iii)the Companies Act 11;11Cap. 212
(iv)the Patents (Registration) Act 12;12Cap. 217
(v)the Land Registration Act 13;13Cap. 334
(vi)the Trade Unions Act 14;14Cap. 394
(vii)the Trade Marks Act 15,15G.N. No. 1443 of 1958
are hereby cancelled with effect from the 1st day of July, 1960.
