1.

With effect from the 1st day of July, 1960, the Senior Assistant Registrar and every Assistant Registrar in the office of the Registrar-General is hereby appointed to be—
(a)an Assistant Registrar-General of Births and Deaths under section 5 of the Births and Deaths Registration Act;
(b)a Deputy Registrar under section 3 of the Business Names (Registration) Act;
(c)an Assistant Registrar under—
(i)section 3 of the Registration of Documents Act;
(ii)section 3 of the Chattels Transfer Act;
(iii)section 292 of the Companies Act;
(iv)section 2 of the Patents (Registration) Act;
(v)section 4 of the Land Registration Act;
(vi)section 4 of the Trade Unions Act;
(vii)section 3 of the Trade and Service Marks Act.

[Cancels all previous appointments with effect from 1st July, 1960.]
