This Order may be cited as the Local Customary Law (Declaration) (No. 2) Order.

The declaration set out in the First Schedule to the Local Customary Law (Declaration) Order, 1963, is hereby directed to be the local customary law in respect of the subjects contained therein in the areas subject to the jurisdiction of the Dodoma, Iramba, Mpwapwa, Manyoni, Shinyanga, Singida and Ufipa District Councils.
