These Rules may be cited as the Produce Export (Castor Seed) Rules.2.
In these Rules—"castor seed" means the seed of Ricinus communis.3.
No person shall export or cause or permit to be exported or attempt to export from Mainland Tanzania any castor seed except in "B" twill, new or sound, secondhand bags, which contain less than 146 lb. net weight of Castor Seed and which are sewn and marked in accordance with these Rules.4.
Every bag containing castor seed for export shall be securely sewn to the satisfaction of a Customs Officer or of an inspector either—5.
Every bag containing castor seed for export shall be marked—6.
No person shall store or cause or permit to be stored any castor seed intended for export in the same store or building as any edible commodity or outside a building in contact with any edible commodity.7.
