These Rules may be cited as the Produce Export (Fumigation) Rules.2.
In these Rules—"pest" has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Plant Protection Ordinance.3.
No person shall export or cause to be exported any produce specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto unless such produce has been certified in writing by an inspector to be free of all pest.4.

All produce fumigated in accordance with these Rules shall, during the fumigation process and at any time thereafter be stored in a place free of pest infestation and any vehicle or vessel used for the purpose of transporting such produce from the place of fumigation to the place of export shall likewise be free of pest infestation.6.
