This Notice may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Appointment of Receivers of Wreck) Notice.

2.

The officers specified in the first column of the Schedule are hereby appointed to be receivers of wreck in the districts specified opposite to their titles in the second column and to perform the duties of receivers under Part V of the Merchant Shipping Act.
