This Order may be cited as the Advocates' Act (Application of Section 3 to the Tanzania Legal Corporation) Order.

2.

The provisions of subsection (1) of section 3 of the Advocates' Act shall apply to the Chief Corporation Counsel, every Senior Corporation Counsel, every Corporation Counsel and every Assistant Corporation Counsel, employed by the Tanzania Legal Corporation established by the Tanzania Legal Corporation (Establishment) Order, 19701 made under the Public Corporations Act2.1G.N. No. 32 of 19712Cap. 257
