1.

This Order may be cited as the Moshi Land Registry (Declaration) Order.

2.

There shall be a land registry at Moshi, which shall be used for the registration of any title to any estate in land or any disposition or transmission of any estate or interest in land situated in the Arusha, Kilimanjaro or Tanga Regions.
