1.

This Order may be cited as the Sisal (Compulsory Marketing) Order.

2.

No producer or agent of a producer of sisal shall sell or otherwise dispose of sisal except through the Tanzania Sisal Authority.

3.

This Order shall apply throughout Mainland Tanzania.
