1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Arms and Ammunition (TPDF Safari and Rifle Club) (Exemption) Regulations.

2.

No fee shall be payable for an arms licence in respect of a firearm which is the property of the TPDF Safari and Rifle Club being a local society registered under the Societies Act1 whether or not such firearm is in the possession of the said Club.1Cap. 337
