This Order may be cited as the Tanzania Audit Corporation (Assumption of Audit Responsibilities) (AGIP (Tanzania) Limited) Order.

The Tanzania Audit Corporation is hereby required to assume in relation to AGIP (Tanzania) Limited the responsibilities referred to in section 4(2) of the Tanzania Audit Corporation Act 1.1Cap. 56
