This Notice may be cited as the Survivors' Benefit for Dependants (Exemption) Notice, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-fourth day of March, 1978.

2.

The provisions of section 20A of the Public Service Pensions Act, which relate to granting of survivors' benefits to dependants shall only apply in relation to a dependant who is ordinarily resident in Tanzania.
