1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the National Estates and Designing Corporation (Board of Directors) Regulations and shall be read as one with the National Estates and Designing Corporation (Establishment) Order1.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context requires otherwise—"Board" means the Board of Directors provided for in paragraph 5 of the Order;"Order" means the National Estates and Designing Corporation (Establishment) Order2.3. Tenure of office

6. Minutes to be kept
Minutes in proper form of each meeting of the Board shall be kept and those minutes shall be submitted to the Board at its next meeting and, if confirmed by the members, shall be signed by the Chairman of the meeting.7. Member to declare interest
It shall be the duty of every member of the Board who is in any way, either directly or indirectly, interested in any project or matter under consideration by the Board, to declare such interest to the Board, and the remaining members of the Board shall decide whether or not that member shall participate in the Board's deliberation upon the project or matter, or vote on any resolution pertaining to it.History of this document
