1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Inquests (Establishment of Coroners' Courts) Order, and shall come into operation on the first day of July.2. District Coroner's Court
There is hereby established in respect of each district in which there is established a district council one Coroner's Court which shall be known as the Coroner's Court for each such district.3. Municipal Coroner's Court
There is hereby established in respect of each urban area in which there is established a municipal council or a city council one Coroner's Court which shall be known as the Coroner's Court for each such municipality or, as the case may be, such city.4. Exercise of functions
Each Coroner's Court established by this Order shall exercise its functions in accordance with the provisions of the Inquests Act1.History of this document
