1. Short title
These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Specified Activities) (Licence Fees) Regulations.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires"specified activity" means the activity specified in the Schedule to these regulations;"wildlife cropping" means the hunting of animals for ecological reasons or for the purposes of protecting human settlements, human life or property from destruction by wildlife.3. Specified acitivity to be licensed
A specified activity shall be carried on only in accordance with a licence issued under these regulations.4. Application
The Wildlife Conservation (Hunting of Animals) Regulations1 shall apply mutatis mutandis in relation to the application for and the form of a licence to be issued under these regulations.5. Imposition of licence fees
The licence fees for the specified activity set out in the first column of the schedule to these Regulations shall be those set out opposite these activities in the second column of the Schedule.History of this document
