Mbeya Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (Water and Sewerage Charges) Order, 2002

Government Notice 345 of 2002

[Made under section 19(2)]

1.

This Order may be cited as the Mbeya Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (Water and Sewerage Charges) Order; 2002.

2.

An Order is hereby issued by the Managing Director that the charges prescribed in the Schedule to this Order shall come into operation on the 1st July, 2002.

3.

The public is hereby notified that, non-payment of sewerage services bill will result into disconnection of water supply.
