1.

This Order may be cited as Shinyanga Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (Water and Sewerage Charge) Order, 2002.

2.

An Order is hereby issued by the Managing Director that the charge prescribed in the Schedule to this Order shall come into operation on 1st day of July, 2002.
