Statutory Functions of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Relations Order, 2002

Government Notice 77 of 2002

[Made under section 4(2)]

1.

This Order shall have effect during the absence (27th February 2002 — 10th March 2002) of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Inter­national Relations from Dar es Salaam following the publication of this Order.

2.

All the powers, duties and functions conferred or imposed upon the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Relations shall vest in and be exercised by the Minister for Science, Technology and Higher Education.
