Wildlife Conservation (Prohibition of Resident Hunting) Order, 2015

1. Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Prohibition of Resident Hunting) Order, 2015 and shall come into operation on the date of publication.

2. Prohibition of Resident hunting

The Resident hunting as prescribed under the Wildlife Conservation (Resident Hunting) Regulations, 2010 is hereby prohibited throughout Mainland Tanzania for a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Order.[G.N No. 229 of 2010]
