Outcome: All said and done, the Court allow the appeal to the extent that there was no proper transfer of Criminal Appeal No. 68 of 2020 from the High Court to the Resident Magistrate' Court for it to be heard and determined by a resident magistrate with extended jurisdiction. All the proceedings before the Resident Magistrates' Court including the judgment by S.B. Nsana SRM Ext.
