Part I – Preliminary provisions (ss. 1-2)

Subject to the provisions of the Constitution2, the Regional Administration Act3, the Local Government (District Authorities) Act4, the Local Government (Urban Authorities) Act5, and any other written laws relating to the organisation and performance of the functions of the Government, the Commission shall be the highest advisory body, responsible to Cabinet, in all matters relating to planning and management of the economy and for that purpose it shall have power to—7.
