1. Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Rural Farmlands (Acquisition and Regrant) (Prescribed Forms) Rules.2. Forms
The forms in the Schedule hereto, or forms to a like effect, shall be used in all matters to which they refer.3. Forms in Land Acquisition Act
In all other cases, the forms prescribed in the Schedule to the Land Acquisition Act1 or to the like effect, shall be used in all matters to which they refer, with such necessary alteration, additions and variations as the circumstances of the case require.History of this document
