1.

These Rules may be cited as the Urban Leaseholds (Acquisition and Regrant) (Prescribed Forms) Rules.

2.

The forms in the schedules to these Rules shall be used in all matters to which they refer with such necessary alterations and variations as the circumstances may require.

3.

In all other cases, the forms prescribed in the Schedule to the Land Acquisition Act1, shall be used in all matters to which they refer with such necessary alterations and variations as the circumstances may require.1Cap. 118
