This Order may be cited as the National Security (Designated Agencies) Order.

2.

The Organisations specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be designated agencies for the purposes of the National Security Act1.1Cap. 47

Schedule

(i)The Co-ordinating Committee for the Liberation of Africa;
(ii)The African Union; and
(iii)The United Nations Organisation.
