1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Law of Marriage (Forms and Fees) Regulations.

2. Forms

The forms set out in the First Schedule hereto shall be used in the cases to which they are applicable, with such variations as circumstances may require.

3. Fees

The fees specified in the Second Schedule hereto shall be payable for the several matters to which they are applicable.
