1.

This Order may be cited as the Law of Marriage (Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders) Order.

2.

Sections 142, 143 and 144 of the Marriage Act (which provide for the registration, enforcement and transmission of maintenance orders) shall apply, on a reciprocal basis, to the following countries:
(a)Republic of Malawi;
(b)England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
