This Notice may be cited as the Economic and Organised Crime Control (Authorisation to Dispose of Certain Property) Notice.

The officers specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby authorised to exercise the powers conferred upon the Inspector General of Police by section 23(1) and (2) in respect of the disposal of property seized under the Act or put in evidence in proceedings before the court in terms of the Act.
