This Order may be cited as the Specified State Leaders' (Grant of Terminal Benefits) Order.

2.

The persons whose names are specified in the Schedule to this Order, who ceased to hold the specified State offices and on the dates respectively specified opposite to their names in the second and third columns of the Schedule shall each, upon approval by resolution of the National Assembly, be entitled to terminal benefits in accordance with the provisions of the Specified State Leaders' Retirement Benefits Act.
