1.This Order may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Redevelopment Area) (Sumbawanga Township) Order.
2.The area in the Township of Sumbawanga delineated in red on Town Planning Drawing No. 60/31/4/475C which is deposited with the Director of Town and Planning is hereby declared a Redevelopment Area.
3.Copies of the said plan may be inspected at the office of the Town Director Sumbawanga.
