1.This Order may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Redevelopment Area) (Moshi Township) Order.
2.The area in the Township of Moshi delineated in red on Town Planning Drawing No. 4/173/691 which is deposited with the Director of Town Planning is hereby declared a Redevelopment Area.
3.Copies of the said Plan may be inspected at the Office of the Town Director Moshi.
