This Order may be cited as the Foreign Exchange, (Gold) (Authorised Dealers and Authorised Depositories) Order.2.
Subject to the Gold Trading Act and conditions to be issued by the Bank of Tanzania from time to time persons specified in the First Schedule to this Order are authorised to act for the purposes of the Foreign Exchange Act as authorised dealers in relation to gold and are authorised to purchase, sell, import and export gold in whatever form.3.
The persons specified in the Second Schedule to this Order are authorised to act for the purposes of the Foreign Exchange Act as authorised dealers in relation to foreign exchange.4.
The persons specified in the Third Schedule to this Order are authorised for the purposes of the Foreign Exchange Act, as authorised depositories.5.
