1.This Order may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Redevelopment Area) (Iringa Municipality) Order.
2.The area in the Iringa Municipality delineated in red on Town Planning Drawing No. 24/9/596 which is deposited with the Director of Urban Planning is hereby declared a Redevelopment Area.
3.Copies of the said plan may be inspected at the offices of the Director of Urban Development Ardhi House and Iringa Municipal Council.
