(Made under section 11(b))

1. Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Public Ferries (Fees and Charges) Regulations, 2011.

2. Application

These Regulations shall apply to every Public ferry

3. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:“Act” means the Ferries Act;“public ferry” means of passage over an area of water declared to be a public ferry under section 2 of the Act.

4. Fees and charges

The fees and charges for the conveyance of passengers or cargo of any description over the public ferries specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be payable as specified there to.

5. Revocation

The Public Ferries (Fees and charges) Regulations, 2007 are hereby revoked.
