Eviction under Rent Restriction Act s19(b) upheld for tenant's nuisance; court's discretion validated despite lack of explicit 'reasonable' wording.
* Rent Restriction Act s19(b) – eviction for tenant's conduct amounting to nuisance/annoyance; no requirement to provide alternative accommodation under s19(b). * Rent Restriction Act s19(2) – court must be satisfied it is reasonable to order possession; explicit use of the word 'reasonable' not required if the court has applied its mind. * Appellate review – reluctance to disturb magistrate’s discretion absent clear misapplication of mind.
