The matter is filed out of time. The award was procured on 13/06/2008 and an application for Rev. was brought on 15/09/2008 c/s 91(1) of the Employment and Labour Relations Act, Act No.6/2004. The applicant ought to have brought an application for condonation under. R.56 of the Labour Court Rules, G.N. No. 106/2007. He would have filed the Revision application after obtaining Court's L^AVE. He errered by bringing an OMNIBUS APPLICATION as he did.

The application is dismissed accordingly.
