1.

This order may be cited as the Factories (Electricity) (Continuity, Polarity and Insulation Tests Fees) Order.

2.

For the purposes of this Order "Electrical Inspector" means an Officer holding the post of electrical inspector in the Department of Labour.

(1)The fees specified in this order shall be paid in respect of any test, examination or inspection of any apparatus, machine, equipment or circuit (installation) taken by an electrical inspector pursuant to the requirements of Rules 38 and 39 of the Factories (Electricity) Rules.
(2)An Electrical Inspector shall not commence any test, examination or inspection of any Apparatus, machine, equipment or circuit until the appropriate previous fees as specified below by this order have been paid.
